Q. How do I get started?
A. Download our free app from the android or apple app store, fill out all required information and you are ready to go.

Q. Is there an expiration date for my account?
A. Yes, your account will expire and points will be forfeited after 13 consecutive months without activity.

Q. How do I check my Balance?
A. Your App will track points accrued and redeemed and will store this information on your “my account” tab 

Q. How do I earn Rewards points?
A. Present your Good Life rewards check - in code generated on your app each time you visit us. You will earn 1 point per dollar spent on all food and beverage purchases. Taxes, tips, discounts, comps and gift cards purchased will not earn rewards points. Your app will track the points you have earned and redeemed each visit.

Q. How do I know when I have earned a Reward?
A. Every time you use your unique check - in code generated from your Good Life app rewards points will accumulate on your app for easy tracking. This information can be found listed on your “my account” tab.

Q. How do I claim a reward?
A. Simply provide your server with your check - in code generated from your app during your visit when you're ready to pay your check.

Q. How do I get in touch with someone if I have any further questions or problems?
A. Contact us here, and please be sure to include your daytime phone number in case we have to call you.

Q. I do not have my app available during my visit - can I still earn points?
A. No, unfortunately without your app, points cannot be accrued or redeemed.
